Any quote we give is based on the vehicle and situation you describe. We'll always confirm the price with you before work starts.

Proof of ownership

For security, we may ask for proof that you own the vehicle or are authorised to have keys made for it, along with photo ID, before carrying out work. We may decline any job where ownership can't be confirmed.

Vehicle compatibility

Not every vehicle, model or year can be handled on-site. We'll check your vehicle details with you before attending.
